DAY 1, Saturday - Depart for England
Depart for England

DAY 2, Sunday - Arrive in London, Transfer to Windsor
Arrive in the cosmopolitan capital city of London and transfer to the historic town of Windsor. Check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Your tour will begin with an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 6 PM, followed by dinner. We recommend you select flights which arrive no later than 4 PM

DAY 3, Monday - Bampton, Burford Garden Center, Burford Walk
Travel to Bampton, on the edge of the Cotswolds. Wander through the quaint streets and visit the church and the small exhibition. Bampton is famous for its connection to the TV series Downton Abbey, with filming locations throughout the village. Continue with a visit to the iconic Burford Garden Center, offering a unique mixture of plants, home decor, furniture, and art. Spend free time for lunch on your own. In the afternoon, walk around Burford, known as the gateway to the Cotswolds, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the English countryside. Afterward, head to the hotel with time to settle in before dinner tonight

DAY 4, Tuesday - Stow-on-the-Wold, Afternoon Tea, Walk to Lower Slaughter & Bourton-on-the-Water
Journey to Stow-on-the-Wold, a historic market town. Walk around the town and explore the antique shops and boutiques. Later, experience a traditional afternoon tea, as you enjoy a sampling of teas accompanied by sweet and savory pastries. Next, set out on a scenic walk through the rolling Cotswold hills to Lower Slaughter. Admire the stone cottages that dot the countryside. Arrive in the village of Lower Slaughter, set along the River Eye. Stroll along the riverbanks, crossing the iconic stone bridges. Then, walk to Bourton-on-the-Water, often referred to as the "Venice of the Cotswolds." The trail offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Spend free time to discover the village before returning to the hotel

DAY 5, Wednesday - Hike the Golden Valley, Visit Chedworth Roman Villa
Your day of exploration begins with drive to the quaint village of Sapperton. From here, embark on a hike through the Golden Valley, known for its idyllic landscapes, featuring open meadows, flowing streams, and ancient woodlands. View historic sites, such as the Sapperton Canal Tunnel, part of the Thames & Seven Canal, and the Sapperton Yew Tree, a centuries-old landmark. After a picnic lunch, continue the hike. In the early afternoon, depart Sapperton and drive to Chedworth Roman Villa. Visit this well-preserved villa, showcasing the lifestyle, workmanship, and traditions of ancient Britain's Roman forefathers. Marvel at the intact mosaics, view the villa's bathhouses, and visit the museum, featuring artifacts found during the excavations

DAY 6, Thursday - Coln St. Aldwyns, Walk to Bibury
This morning, travel to the village of Coln St. Aldwyns, and begin your walk to Bibury. The trail takes you along the River Coln and through the lovely English countryside. The village of Bibury is known for its iconic Arlington Row cottages, which is featured on the inside cover of all British passports. Savor lunch at the Bibury Trout Farm, one of the oldest trout farms in the country. Wander the grounds of this working farm which breeds rainbow trout. After a pub visit, head back to the hotel
